Lisa
Andrews, MA LPC is a graduate of Psychological
Studies Institute in Atlanta, Georgia, Georgia. She holds an M.A. in Professional Counseling with a specialization in Child
and Adolescent therapy. Lisa is a licensed professional counselor with the state of Georgia. Her work has focused on counseling
children and adolescents, working with foster children and stepfamilies, and administering psychological testing. Lisa's focus
is with children, adolescents, individuals and families on issues regarding abuse, depression, anxiety, grief, defiant behavior
and other general counseling areas.
Eric
Hoyme, MA LPC has
completed degrees in biology and public health, but finds his home in psychology. His degree is in Marriage and Family Therapy
with a specialization in Child and Adolescent Counseling. Therapeutically, Eric uses a client-centered, emotions-focused approach.
From these anchor points, he adds communications, behavioral, and depth perspectives.
Debbie Ray
is a graduate of West Georgia College and has been an LPC since 2000. She began her career working with children and
adolescents who suffer from various issues such as: ADD, ODD, Intermittent Explosive Anger and anxiety in a experiential residential
setting. She uses play therapy, behavior modification and include the family in the progress and techniques used with the
child. She has worked in one of the most recognized drug and alcohol rehabilitation hospitals in the country treating addiction
using the 12 Steps, group and individual therapy. Currenty working in a group practice, Ms. Ray's focus in on working with
individuals, families and marital counseling who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse or
simply want to change paths in their life. Ms. Ray's goal is to partner with each client to understand where
he or she is "at" and then work together to find their truths and goals. She challenges each client to examine their
motivations, behavioral patterns, relationships and anything that might be blocking them from achieving their full potential
for happiness. She also strives to allow each person she works with to feel comfortable and appreciated throughout the therapy
process because she understands beginning therapy is not an easy process.
